Bardaglio Hart and Shuman, CPA has been located in Windsor Locks, Connecticut since its inception in 1957, whenGeorge W. Bardaglio first opened his office.

Our current staff at Bardaglio Hart & Shuman, LLC caters to a wide variety of clients concentrated in the greater Hartford and Springfield areas as well as throughout New England and various other states.

Our clients include individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, estates and trusts.

Our commercial clients include Manufacturers, Contractors, Retailers, Service companies, Non-profit organizations, Health care professionals, Real estate, Attorneys and law firms, Churches and Restaurants, among others.

As a firm, we are very involved in our community and volunteer in various organizations. Phil Shuman has been on the Board of Directors of the Springfield Falcons Charities, Inc. since its inception in 1990. He also founded, organizes and runs their largest fundraiser, The Columbus Day Italian Open golf tournament held at Crestview Country Club annually. Proceeds from this fundraiser are donated to the Springfield Shriners Hospital and total more than $250,000 to date.

Dave Renouf has been on the board of directors of the Windsor Locks Lions Club and its charitable affiliate, the Windsor Locks Lions Charities, Inc.
from 1980 to the present. In addition to scholarships, town youth activities, free ramp building for the disabled, and many other charitable activities, the organization also runs the ambulance service for the town. He is a past treasurer and has been the finance chairperson since that time Dave has also been on the board of directors of the Lions Multiple District 23B since 1994 and serves as the finance and audit chairperson overseeing the 58 Lions Clubs within the district. Dave Renouf has also been a board of director member and the treasurer for the Windsor Locks Chamber of Commerce since 2002.
