Bardaglio Hart and Shuman, CPA has been located in Windsor Locks, Connecticut since its inception in 1957, when George W. Bardaglio first opened his office. The gradual growth of the firm led to the steady addition of more staff accountants. Bill and Phil were added to the staff in 1968 and on January 1, 1974, George, Bill and Phil became partners to form Bardaglio, Hart and Shuman, CPA. Dave Rizzo, Dave Renouf and Tim Keene subsequently became partners after many years with the firm. George Bardaglio retired December 31, 1988.
